General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") apply to all commercial transactions concluded between [Mansour Group] (hereinafter "we" or "the seller") and any professional or business entity (hereinafter "the client") wishing to purchase our products. By placing an order, the client unreservedly accepts these GTC. Any deviation must be expressly agreed upon in writing.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The present GTC exclusively govern B2B commercial relationships. They apply to all orders placed on our platform or by any other means of communication, unless otherwise agreed.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

The products offered are intended for resale or commercial use.

Prices are indicated in CHF or EUR, depending on the currency selected by the client, and are expressed excluding taxes (HT). Any applicable taxes (VAT, customs duties) are the responsibility of the client.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order. 

4. ORDERS

The client may place orders via our platform or through any other specified means. All orders are subject to validation and confirmation by us.

By placing an order, the client agrees to provide accurate information. Any errors or omissions in the information provided are the client's responsibility.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made in advance, via bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details will be provided to the client once the order is confirmed.

Any bank transfer or PayPal fees are the responsibility of the client.

Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

6. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the client when placing the order.

Delivery times are provided as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment on our part. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, carriers, etc.).

Delivery costs are borne by the client unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

7. CLAIMS AND RETURNS

 

7.1 Defective or Damaged Products

If a defective or damaged product is received, the client must contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order, providing evidence (photos, detailed description).

If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange the return of the product at our expense and offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund (as per the client’s preference).

7.2 Other Returns

Returns for reasons other than defects or damages (order errors, dissatisfaction, etc.) are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance. Any return costs, if applicable, will be borne by the client.

8. LIABILITY

We disclaim any liability for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the concerned products.

9. OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER OF RISK

Products remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.

The risks (loss, theft, deterioration) associated with the products are transferred to the client upon shipment.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data provided by the client as part of transactions are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. They are used solely for order processing and managing commercial relationships.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present GTC are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts are those of our registered office.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC

By placing an order, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTC.
