Shipping Coverage

Corpaw ships products globally. However, due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations, some regions may not be eligible for delivery. We will notify you during the checkout process if your location is impacted.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post. Order processing is done on weekdays only, excluding national holidays.

Shipping Times and Carriers

All orders are shipped from Switzerland, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are to be used as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, and we apologize for any delays this may cause.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All items available on Corpaw are shipped from Switzerland using a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever possible. This means we take care of import duties and taxes before your order is delivered, so you typically won’t need to pay anything extra upon receiving your package.

Our goal is to make international shipping as smooth and surprise-free as possible. However, some countries or regions may still apply local taxes or handling fees, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

While we do our best to cover all foreseeable charges, customs policies can vary significantly depending on the destination. If you’re unsure about your country’s regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

By purchasing from Corpaw, you acknowledge and accept that in rare cases, additional local fees may still apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Items

Corpaw is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@corpaw.co to assess the situation and potentially file a claim.
